Traditional crewed sailing yachts offer the
best value for sailing vacations in all the Virgin Islands,
especially for a smaller group, a couple or for a tropical honeymoon.
Sailing
yachts with one hull are also called "Monohulls". A "Sloop" has one mast and a "Ketch"
or a "Schooner" have two masts.
A monohull sailing yacht gives you the
purest experience of the "sailing adventure". On most of the
yachts you can help with the sailing if you want to be more active in
your holidays.
Even if they look smaller then a
catamaran, they are very safe and seaworthy. 40' mono hulls have
successfully completed circumnavigations. Sizes vary from 39' - 65' and
larger.
